I had a beautiful integrative session with Paula that included reiki, massage, and reflexology. Her decades of experience are evident in the way she seamlessly weaves these practices together - deeply intuitive, grounded, and healing. I felt held and supported throughout the entire experience with Paula. I especially appreciated the pace and time she gave me to rest afterward along with her care in gently recalibrating my nervous system throughout the session. I left feeling more centred, nourished, relaxed, and aligned. Highly recommend!
